For the soundtrack of catalog of shadows I, Han Stubbe drew his inspiration from Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, an Italian Baroque composer, violinist, and organist, leading exponent of the Baroque; he is considered one of the greatest Italian musicians of the first half of the 18th century and one of the most important representatives of the Neapolitan school.
Pergolesi also wrote sacred music, including a Mass in F and three Salve Regina settings. It is his Stabat Mater (1736), however, for soprano, alto, string orchestra and basso continuo, which is his best-known sacred work.
