A damaged character who lives in a world abandoned by God. This character is partially based on a Marvel's comic character. A fictional anti-hero with military past, psychologically traumatized and consumed by anger and grief. He trains very intensely, risking everything, including his personal well-being and even his sanity.

A character - sometimes cold, sterile, inhumane then again grotesque, full of emotion and endearing.
Through use of slapstick themes and exaggerations (juxtapositions in words and images) we make him shift towards humor.

The texts for ‘the Soldier‘ are monologues, expressing the character's inner feelings, thoughts and experiences. The obviously cinematic component guides the viewer through the main character's psychological minefield, creating a visually 'narrative' but also 'associative' portrait.
